Jen grew up in a European family where homes were never decorated. They were lived in, warm, layered, specific. Nothing precious, nothing staged and somehow every corner earned its space. That’s the instinct she brings to every property. Jen walks into a space and knows what it needs before a single piece moves. Not a plan, not a mood board, just a decision. That instinct is why every Swoon home feels specific rather than styled.

Lisa spent years running hospitality, where the atmosphere isn’t a finishing touch. It’s the entire product. She learnt to read a space the way a guest does, in the first five seconds, before anyone has said a word. Lisa makes every install run so smoothly you’d swear it’s styled itself. Timelines, logistics, the team, removalists and campaign dates, nothing lands late and nothing needs chasing.
