OUR STORY

Most stylists learnt to make rooms look beautiful. We learnt to make people never want to leave.

That distinction sounds small. It’s the whole business. A beautiful room gets admired. A room that feels like somewhere you belong gets an offer.

WHERE IT CAME FROM

Lisa

From hospitality.

ATMOSPHERE AS THE PRODUCT

Lisa spent years running hospitality venues, where atmosphere isn’t a finishing touch. It’s the entire product. She learnt to read a space the way a guest does, in the first five seconds, before anyone has said a word.

Jen

From a European home.

LIVED IN, NOT DECORATED

Jen grew up in a European family where homes were never decorated. They were lived in, warm, layered, specific. Nothing precious, nothing staged, and somehow every corner earned its place. That’s the instinct she brings to every property.

Property styling brought those two instincts together. Swoon is what happened.

THE TWO OF US

DESIGN & DIRECTION

Jen · The eye.

Jen walks into a space and knows what it needs before a single piece moves. Not a plan, not a mood board, just a decision. That instinct is why every Swoon home feels specific rather than styled.

OPERATIONS & DELIVERY

Lisa · The engine.

Lisa makes every install run so smoothly you’d swear it styled itself. Timelines, logistics, the team, removalists, and campaign dates, nothing lands late and nothing needs chasing.

HOW WE SEE IT

A Swoon home doesn’t look like somewhere a buyer could live. It feels like somewhere they already belong.

A Swoon home doesn’t look like somewhere a buyer could live. It feels like somewhere they already belong.

A Swoon home doesn’t look like somewhere a buyer could live. It feels like somewhere they already belong.

That difference, between seeing and feeling, is the difference between interest and commitment. A buyer who is still evaluating is comparing your property to the other three they’re seeing that Saturday. A buyer who has emotionally committed has stopped comparing. They’re working out how to make it theirs.

Everything we do is aimed at that moment.

It’s why buyers linger.

It’s why offers come faster.

It’s why agents call again.

Core markets: Inner North, Boroondara, Stonnington and Bayside.

Swoon is built on twenty years of Melbourne property styling history, with a warehouse of furniture, art and homewares that has been deliberately and thoughtfully upgraded.

We don’t hire in pieces we wouldn’t put in our own homes. Every sofa, every artwork, every lamp in the collection is there because one of us argued for it.

New name. New eyes. Two decades of know-how.

WHAT WE HOLD TO

Warmth

Every space is designed to hold people, not just furniture. Warmth is what makes someone exhale, linger, and not want to leave.

Craft

Every install is intentional, every choice deliberate. Craft is what makes the result look effortless and the standard repeatable.

Belonging

The difference between a room a buyer could live in and one they already feel part of. That’s the line between interest and an offer.

Instinct

We know what a space needs before a single piece moves. Built across years of reading rooms, not across a colour theory unit.

Walk in. Feel at home. Make an offer.
